In most cases, after you fill out our online form, we can determine a general price range that your project will fall into. Next, in order to determine the most accurate pricing quote, we prefer to assess the property in person, which gives us a better understanding of your needs and allows us to answer any questions you may have.
It’s not necessary. You can book a cleaning and pay our hourly rate for that cleaning.
The most important thing a client needs to do before a cleaning is arrange a method of entry and give any special instructions about entering the property. For example, provide us with any gate, alarm, or other access codes needed, or make other arrangements prior to your cleaning. If you plan to pay by check or cash, please leave payment for us at the time of service.
Secondly, we appreciate a tidy space with items such as toys, dirty dishes, and clothing being picked up so we can focus our time on cleaning, but we do not expect perfection so don’t stress about this! Tidy is relative and we want our cleaning to create less work for the client, not more!
For your convenience we accept a variety of payment methods including Venmo, square, PayPal, checks payable to Magic Maids, and cash. We are also able to set up payments that automatically charge your debit or credit card after each cleaning, or email an invoice with a link to pay using your debit or credit card.
Our services start at $100 and up for regularly scheduled cleanings.
